If you have a problem with press-ups, Moo, it won't be because of your arms!

I was always led to believe that it is bio-mechanically harder for women to do press-ups

I used to be able to do quite a few, but it's harder now I am heavier. Still not started the challenge, maybe when I get home from holiday.

MORNING PHOTOSET
That’s why I’m doing the challenge Kwala After previous embarrassing tumble off bench MrS suggested I lie on bench and push up the hand weights for a bit to protect my back and see if that improves my arm strength
.B I woke up laughing at the thought of Ks face in that baby sling. Carp I couldn’t think of a comment but I loved your poem. I do fancy endure but am not sure if I can persuade family it’s for them and I’m not sure I want to be away from them
Hope PH jnrs Alfie and other poorly children are back to their full selves soon

MORNING PHOTOSET
21 Miles in the last 3 days for me (remarkably all 7 mile runs ha ha) a steady even paced run on Tuesday, Track Session (incl Run to and From) last night and then a split paced run this morning with the last 3 being quicker.
Certainly going to enjoy resting until Saturday now ha ha

International Troublemaking Grouch
[bench presses use the same muscles as push ups and you can use little hand weights - that's what I do using my back as the usual excuse. It means you are more likely to get the right movement than struggling with a press-up and most of your whole body weight!]
