Snowboarding today, back on the ski's tomorrow, heading over towards lech, Underground tomorrow AR, should be good if I manage to sober up, one of our group's birthday today so a bit of a session since 3pm, now on the Absynth in the chalet, discussing going out out

Had a bath, OH gave my legs a massage so hopefully will feel better tomorrow.

Hugs Ymee, the strain the NHS is under is ridiculous but the people on the shop floor are doing their very best with what little resources they have.

I'm on a bit of a high. First session coaching my new group tonight. Had to completely change the session as I'd planned for beginners, but regular runners turned up, so had to think on my feet. We had fun, there was lots of laughter and everyone survived. Looking forward to next week now :)

I started today, I'm expecting very hurty chest and upper arms tomorrow - especially that bit just in front of my armpit (part of pecs maybe??)

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
