Yay for running
I forced myself out of the door eventually and accidentally run my longest (all relative) run this year And squished the bug that one of those cyclists had infected

Evening. My journey home got affected by that signal failure as well CStar.
Great news Lemon.
I was also affected by Garmin Bluetooth difficulties. Didn't realise it was a widespread thing.
*Wonders how SK got on*

Well done all who ran MB - impressive stats - especially for winter biking! Dipps - yes, sadly, oldest still one wakes me pretty much every weekend morning getting up early. It would nice to dream that he will sleep in when a teen, but that's only 5 months away and so far no sign.
NSC - excellent bug squishing! Yay to tattoo covering not being too sore, boo to garmin blackouts. Feeling a bit hacked off this evening. The NHS is broken, and I hate seeing it in this state and the effect it has on people - patients and staff alike. And it means I am working silly hours, eating chocolate because I haven't time to stop for meals, and I'm too exhausted to run when I get home so I feel fat and sluggish. Still, could be worse, I could be a patient

Even more hugs Ymee. Only ever had outstandingly brilliant service from all parts of the NHS I have encountered, I wish you had more resources to do your job the way you want to be able to do it and without the crazy stress. It's a big part of why my sister and her family are emigrating, BIL in the NHS and he's had enough
