Big PB at Parkrun today, knocked 37s off for my first sub-24. 23:57 and a whopping 73.94%.

I am pretty chuffed with that. 😊

Congratulations, quimby, that's an amazing WAVA

I got pretty close in today's XC race, 69 something. Next weekend, I have a 10k but I don't think I'm in shape for a 70+ score there. I'll try to get there in 2025

76.14 for Rother valley Parkrun my highest of the year so far.
Quickest parkrun in over 3 years. Started parkrun at mile 4 of my 20 mile run.
