68% wava at xc today, highest ever xc wava. I'm properly rubbish at xc, but now I'm wondering if I could sneak a 70. Guess it's all very weather dependent.

An accidental 69.27% today. Technology-less. Ran to feel. Perhaps I should ditch the technology for races?

XC is horrendous for getting a time / WAVA bonkers. Good effort. Nice one FR too. I got a 73% in Doc K cup with no watch. G

Well done Happy and FR. As an aside, my wife forgot her watch for xc, don't know her actual time yet but was definitely far better than she was expecting.
As another aside, I'd love to get a 73 at parkrun, nowhere near that for a while.
As yet another aside, I am loving racing for wavas as age catches up.

69:59 for Aviemore half, started too far back & had to retrieve timing chip that fell off🤬
