Very nearly - I am having to be careful, take more rest and keep an eye on things, but short and sharp is actually more manageable than longer easy paced stuff!

Didn't quite get to the magic 70% this morning, but 69.38% is my best parkrun (or any other) WAVA for the whole of this year :-)

Well done LD. I just snuck a 70 at parkrun today, despite legs and whole body feeling Bleurghh. Not managed a really good local parkrun all year.
