Thanks AL - I've been struggling for months to find a 10k to make Silver standard. Would have tried Birchwood again but was away on holiday

73% at parkrun on Saturday. That's the highest for a while (2 years, I think!) 73 at 10K next weekend would be good. Then I just need to sort out my half to be a Wildebeest! :-) G

71% at our club track 3k tonight - bit cross with myself as I cocked up the pacing, I could have run it faster.
