Loving the new Air Formation one out yesterday. Lovely blissed out shoegaze, really helping the relaxation day before 26.2 on the streets of London.

There are loads of records that good imo. Early start but lots of clothes on, day on a chair, snoozing and watching the city turn from end of night to start of day, that alone is fascinating. And its just a few hours of time, it's not like I was there for three days.

The algorithm suggested to me Julia Holter - Something in the Room She Moves, and I'm glad it did. I don't think I've heard her before, but a new fan gained and CD purchased.

I love Julia Holter... I also recommend "Have you in my wilderness" by her "poppiest" lp (in fact a lot of her back catalogue is really good)

Chrisull wrote:Nearly everyone (music related) on my Twitter timeline has been raving about Rosali's lp "Bite down". Its Americana/Neil Young/Fleetwood Mac isn't usually my kind of thing but I listened once, thought there's something there but nah... but then I just find myself returning to it on bandcamp again and again.

Sounds my cup of tea. Thanks Chrisull 🙏

It not new (it's from 2019) but I am currently listening to "My Finest Work yet" by Andrew Bird. I'm not quite sure how I came across this, but it's very good to listen to while working.

Haven’t reviewed anything for a while and have sort of lost track on a few things I’ve listened too and if I’ve reviewed/ listened enough. Will try and get caught up a bit this weekend.

Definitely will do reviews for the Libertines and Everything Everything now as I’ve been listening to both quite a lot.
