Lists! It's that LISTS time of the year innit. So let's list our favourite album/EP etc of the year for no good reason other than to show off how amazing we think our respective music taste is. Cool or uncool the idea is list your favourite record of the year. Only one choice greedy music nerds! I am going for the record that I listened to the most, momentarily was obsessed by and which still names me happy and a tiny bit sexy. TBF there were much better records I bought and have to get around to buying but I truly loved this record. Sorry, I've become a bit obsessed with EE, so whilst I don't think it's their best album, and probably not objectively the best album of the year, it's been a bit transformative for me. |

I have to say it's the Bonnie Prince Billy collaboration with Nathan Salsburg and Tyler Trotter after much deliberation and relistening. Big shout out to Rosali, Laura Marling and Oisin Leech too. Enjoyable Listens in the top 10. |
