I'm just ahead, but only just. This is going to be difficult, 365 hours, if you take into account tapering, rest days, holidays that sort of gubbins......

rest days....dont have any holiday,................ still run taper........dont enter races therfore no need to taper

just added my half hour of cycling to and from exam - the most stupidly timed exam of 4.30 to 6.30
I'm tempted by this yoga lark, have no way of telling what type of yoga the one at uni is but i've just printed the list of classes there are and will see which ones I can go to next term there was all sorts on there, yoga, x-biking, bums n tums or something, trouble is I have promptly lost the print-off, lol

I'm not quite sure, I know it says at the top, whatever you count as training counts as training, but does that include running or should it really exclude running? Is it cheating if I include it?
Running training = 4:12 Cross training = 9:10
Total = 13:22
Take whichever figure you like
