I'm just ahead, but only just. This is going to be difficult, 365 hours, if you take into account tapering, rest days, holidays that sort of gubbins......

holiday,................ still run
taper........dont enter races therfore no need to taper

Just updated mine. Getting a bit worried. These Gym classes are taking over. I have spent more time in the classes than I have running :-0

just added my half hour of cycling to and from exam - the most stupidly timed exam of 4.30 to 6.30 :(

I'm tempted by this yoga lark, have no way of telling what type of yoga the one at uni is but i've just printed the list of classes there are and will see which ones I can go to next term :) there was all sorts on there, yoga, x-biking, bums n tums or something, trouble is I have promptly lost the print-off, lol

I'm not quite sure, I know it says at the top, whatever you count as training counts as training, but does that include running or should it really exclude running? Is it cheating if I include it?

Running training = 4:12
Cross training = 9:10

Total = 13:22

Take whichever figure you like

WHATEVER YOU CLASS AS 'TRAINING' COUNTS AS TRAINING.

To get your name in lights here on the thread header, please join the group, then keep a note of your target and progress in there. I'll copy it in here periodically!

Hour targets...

Remember, you can set your own target. Doesn't have to be 365 hours. Doesn't even have to be annual. Could be, "I will do 20 hours training in March." or "I will average 3 hours a week for the next 3 months." or "I will do 150 hours for the rest of the year." or whatever. You decide it, plan it, state it, then let's all go do it!!
