Sorry I missed a couple of days updates there. Bliddy work getting in the way of training and fetching! Running (including races) is all in my training total (cos it's all total effort). Pilates, stretching, yoga, even sleep (e.g. if it is "extra sleep for the purpose of improving a race performance, or something! yes!) if it contributes to your goals, is a thing you can and should track. :-)G

Srsly tho, not putting it down, was knackered after a very carp day at work rather than in prep for tomorrows stagger round the 4 Villages 1/2 Mara.

The great thing about tracking time not miles is that my uber slow long runs just give me even more training time to log! yay! :-)G

Just updated my totals. Still quite a way ahead but recovery week next week which will bring it down a bit.
