Loca, glad you're at least able to cross train. 10 days off running for me, so this thread is all I can log in! Doing spin bike, swim, and usual gym stuff. Hours remain same exceot weekend. There's no substitute for a 3 hr run. I don't fancy a 6 hr bike. :-)G

Well, with all my mileage targets now being unachievable due to injury, then I will aim for this as its within reach. 27 hrs and 16 minutes training required in 20 days, challenging but doable.....
