Updated.
But forgive me 365 board for I have slacked off tonight. I'm on a self imposed no running diet until I've had a professional opinion on the slight pain in my foot. But did I go and do something else to replace the buzz of my Tuesday run? Did I swin, spin, do some weights or core? As I would have suggested to anyone else? No. I did some paltry core stuff which I won't even dignify by logging.
So I'm going to write it off as a bad day and pick up again tomorrow.

I know you'll get stuck straight back into things M.
Pump last night, couldn't be a-d swimming after. Tonight Pilates was cancelled so I did 8 miles on treddie then 750m swim. Missed Pilates tho. :-)G
