LOve that u do that on beach in December. I'm going to have to stop running for a bit due to sore bits! Glad to have here for logging swim n gym! And hi to BS if he's lurking. Just saw on 3:15 thread that he has a 365 hrs training goal. We're spreading...!! :-)G

LOL Plodders, that's what I was alluding to as well.
:-)G, I've a bit of an Arnold Rimmer approach to training plans. You know the type, all highlighters and spreadsheets but bugger all work done
I'm working towards Highland Warrior next September so it started a couple of weeks ago really.
