Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I still can't do a proper press-up though and stick with the "girly" ones on knees rather than feet!

Right, 15 days in, still feel like I've been shot after each session. However, last night I went trampolining and I could certainly tell the difference in my core, much more balance and stability so it's obviously doing something!

Pammy - I couldn't do a proper press up until I'd done all 3 levels.

I'm struggling a bit to get back onto shredding after Brighton marathon. After first shred at level 1 my whole body hurt and I pulled something on my shoulders and neck😞 Yesterday's shred was better and can feel my core and arms have been worked.

Those walk-out press-ups on level 2 are something else! Day 16 last night.

A question though, once you have completed the 30 days, do you still do one of the workouts every day or mix it in with other sessions? Or is there another DVD with more levels?????

Oooh that sounds nasty Tracey, I hope it healed quickly!

I have been looking at a boxset that has that in it so maybe I will "treat" myself to it!

Pammy the next step up would be the Extreme Shed and Shred, two longer workouts, level one isn't too bad but level two is evil!

I must get back on The Shred wagon. AM having a few easy weeks before I start my autumn marahton schedule so could factor in The Shred in those weeks as I'll be running less.
