Pammy - as long as you've got some running fitness you will be fine. Just take 5 second breaks if need and just try completing it x

There are easier versions of almost all of the moves that are included and you can start off with light weights and, as Tracey says, take a break when you need one. You don't do any one exercise for very long. No need to worry!
