I quite like the idea of repeating day 1, although I can't remember it too well!!

TLC done before bed last night. Nice for a bedtime session. Like others I prefer the 45 minute deep flow as a post workout session. Yoga for Tired Legs is a good one, too
Trust done this morning as she eases us into working without cues. Love a long Warrior sequence.

Day 29 done. I enjoyed this after she’d finished wittering on during the first bit and actually ‘got on with it’!

Catching up! Day 22 today, Courage. Very good session with which to start the day. My warrior 3s were strong on one side but i wobbled, fell (and was surely caught) a couple of times on the other side. No matter.

Day 26 this morning. Horizon was interesting. It felt like it was getting to tight bits which other asanas don't necessarily reach.

Day 29 done this morning and quite enjoyed it, especially the permission to do your own thing at the start and end. I’ve never done one of her 30 days conscientiously before (not super conscientious, mind you, there are still 3.5 not done yet) but this has been one of the best for me. Combined with the resistance band exercises my physio gave me, I am just beginning to feel the signs of slightly looser hips and stronger glutes. I almost feel brave enough to re-start running in February after six months lay-off. Eek, that’s tomorrow.

Raggedy, good luck with re-starting running. Brilliant that you're now at this transition point in your rehab.

Day 29 in the bag, enjoyed this and, as day 30 is usually when Adriene takes her mike off and there is lots of freestyling, I feel this challenge is complete. Of all the 30 days challenge this has been my favourite, I feel stronger and bendier.

Treacle
Have taken a quick peek at today - I think I'll have a go at following along with Adrienne for today's practice, and then tomorrow I'm going to revisit day 1, just to see what the difference is.
I can see this yoga thing continuing - have really enjoyed this challenge. Like you kev, am definitely stronger and probably a bit bendier (or at least less creaky).
RR thats amazing progress/news!
