Day 28 done - definitely nicer post-run than pre, but I agree that deep stretch video is particularly good. I did like the twists and hip opening though - that very nice!

No yoga yesterday for me. But I have doubled up today - did today's then yesterday's, as it sounded like TLC should be the second of the 2. Really enjoyed today's, bit of left thigh lactic acid with all those warriors, but thoroughly enjoyable. Might even be the one to repeat tomorrow.

I agree TeeBee - I quite often do one of Adriene’s specific post-workout videos or her 45min deep stretch one (that one is a favourite and a post-lsr treat during marathon training ) I have a very different idea of a post-lsr treat to you panad! 😃 |

Right - Day 29, so all caught up. Wishing I'd made more notes along the way, as I have no idea what I did each day, so wont know how go back to any I like. Rooky error - I've never (nearly) completed a 30 day YWA season before. I think the closest I've got previously is 5 or 6 days. The shorter sessions help. |

Day 29 done here too. First time I've had to do it with someone else in the room (Raffo, here in my Dalston flat which only has two rooms). Bit off putting when Adriene goes into yoga talk - can't help tuning in to how hippy dippy it must sound. Did my best to Stay Present and it went quite quickly once she got going. Also can't believe we've collectively (more or less anyway!) made it Thus Far. |

I have a very different idea of a post-lsr treat to you panad! 😃 Suse it’s full of my favourite poses and she spends a good length of time in each one, so in my mind ‘gentle’ and tlc 😂 |

I've never (nearly) completed a 30 day YWA season before. I think the closest I've got previously is 5 or 6 days. TeeBee that’s a fabulous achievement well done 👏 I think I’m going to go through move again straightaway, and this time make sure i make notes on each video as far as what i liked/didn’t like. I’ve definitely enjoyed Move more than last years, and probably the year before as well. |

I've started looking through for the group's favourite sessions - it's tricky as very little is universally disliked and nearly every session is much enjoyed by at least two or three of us. I agree with Treacle (think it was you Treacle) that it would certainly be interesting to repeat Day One and feel the difference. |

I did 27 this morning. Quite tough, and on the third set of knees I was struggling. But quite enjoyed it and did indeed feel fairly strong. My plank has definitely got better.

It was me Sharkie :-). I remember how much I struggled, especially with wrists and shoulders in that first session. Would be a great comparison to now!
