25 people still on track and load more not too far away - hope everyone is feeling good. I'm down this month after tapering for Woky Half but trying to get back on it and break even by the month end.

As one of the over-achievers up at the top of the leaderboard, I'm feeling a bit tired this week after 98km in the last 5 days. Next week's forecast icy weather might give me a good excuse to take it easy.

Pleased that I've got 142 miles in for the month which is better than I anticipated. Medication for hip arthritis in process of being changed and being slowly weaned off steroids for my dreadful gastric complaint from July last year. Hoping for a successful Spring!

Get well soon. You still have plenty of time to catch up.

Wow. Just discovered this thread, and was both chuffed and embarrassed to find myself near the top of the mileage table.
2,000 in 2018 would be a new record for me. While I'm way ahead at the moment, I'm planning a very lopsided year (big mileage ahead of a marathon in April and then an ultra in July), followed by a near running sabbatical afterwards (at least that's what I'm telling myself as reward for all these miles so far).
So far keeping up the miles even in the snow, but it's definitely more challenging.

Well done paul, always good to put in the miles early in the year and have them in the bank, should be easier to keep it going in the warmer months. I always find its easy to keep it ticking over during August holidays, as going out in the sun is never a hardship.

I do like running in snow as well, hopefully it won't be hailing/sleeting by the time I get out later today...

been out in the snow for the past couple of days but taking a break on the turbo today. I'll be parkrunning or freedom running in the snow again tomorrow
