Through 900 after 17 today. Finally getting some consistent training (6 50+ mile weeks in the last 7, after 2 in the previous 5 months...) so I've a buffer of around 130.

Well done torey, I've done 157 so far also, and sneaked up to 11th, but 11th to 15th separated by 1 and a half miles!

I've done 160 as well so ticking along nicely as well. I've managed to up my mileage a bit in the last month and feeling good - long may it continue. Got a long slow run this afternoon which I'm looking forward to.
Next target race for me is Yateley 10K Race 2. I'd like to get as close to 40mins as possible. First 2 10K's of the year have been 42.42 and 42.30 so there is work to be done although did 19:24 as parkrun yesterday so going in the right direction.

Getting a good run averaging low 50s/week at the moment, and todays 14 put me over 1000 for the YTD.
Feeling fitter, not sure I'm getting faster though.

Pleased with May and 185 miles, my highest monthly for a year! Have an off road marathon coming up in July in Dorset so hope my hip issue is tolerable until then. Am seeing orthopaedic consultant in a week's time and he'll be wanting to know that I haven't run since last check up in early 2017!
