Running in the snow is great, as long as it's not got to that icy/slushy stage. I had to do one session on a treadmill (PAYG gym :/ ) but now it's all gone here.
Had a big marathon training run yesterday and felt great to get it in the bag, and even better to see it nestle in to the training log

The snow was fun! Back to normal Spring weather now..with March winds!! Creeping back towards a red heart and no extra problems after what in the end turned out to be a 152 mile February.

Well done torey, keep it up and you'll be back on track in no time.
I'm currently 64 over for the year and have my target half coming up, although this might now be usurped by a cancelled 20 that was going to be a training run, but now has been rescheduled for the 25th and therefore becomes a race, first proper attempt at a pb in donkeys years.

How did you get on Chris? Todays Moyleman Marathon lifted me back in to the top 20, but I won't stay there long! Nice to back above par all the same
How did people fare with the snow this weekend?

No snow here in China did 10K on the dreadmill this morning but the conference kicks off tonight and running opportunities will be severely limited for the rest of the week.

Loads of snow here, target half was 1.31.13, which was a little outside what I was aiming for (sub 1.30), but not much, so pleased with that. The 20 miler on Sunday is now a pb attempt, which Riegel calculator says no problem, but there is no such thing as an easy pb these days and at 20 miles it certainly won't be (I've raced a couple of 20 milers).

Still crushing out the mileage here. Week and a half more before the brakes come on and I start to ease back.

I'm just keeping my head above water but a few races have meant lower than average mileage over the past few weeks. I have Maidenhead 10mile tomorrow but hopefully I can manage a break even week.
