Good going Torey, do you have a date for your hip surgery yet?

Struggling to get a grey heart this month with so many end of term commitments, but comfortably ahead of overall target.

No date for surgery yet but expected within two months.

Still sixteen miles off red heart...Still involved with consultant to completely stabilise my collagenous colitis which also interferes with miles! I have to be one of the unhealthiest "fit" runners around! But I intend to dig in with an off road marathon coming up on 28th July and which will be the end of my long running for some while.

Well hopefully that fitness will lead to a speedy recovery. Best of luck for a good run in the heat on 28th.
Brief grey heart yesterday, but gone again today.... Maybe I should just stop looking at the table

Dorset Invader this Saturday--trail marathon which will test my hip to the extreme and don't expect any sort of remarkable time. But it'll be enjoyable with my friend who is doing it too.

Good luck Torey, White Star events are great fun. I'll be busting a gut trying to get round Jersey in 8 hours or less, weather permitting :)
