Recovery run of six miles last evening was easy! (except for usual hip pain!)

I am less injured than I was, but 2000 miles seems unlikely from here.

Trust all is going well Torey, and understand if you're dodging the site while you can't run.
Final big race of the year for me starting tomorrow, should put me over the 1600 barrier with a few months to go. Anyone else got fun and games coming up?

Maidenhead Half on Sunday. I’m not fit for it, but I’ll get round. I’m still ahead of target but stiff Achielles means I’m limiting my running at the moment. Hopefully that will clear up soon

Well done torey, was only just ahead in 164 miles. I need to average 156 miles for last 4 months to get it over the line, hopefully shouldn't be too bad.
