Nicely parkrunned, jennyh.

The dumplings were fluffy clouds of deliciousness, though I say so myself.

bunting welcome to the finish area Maclennane. Help yourself to a goody bag and some water. 😀

Lovely dumings JK and sounds like a good parkrun Jenny.

It's been raining over night but the skies are clear. I shall do some running then get on with packing for our holibibs ( 4 nights at centre parcs .... The local one we shall be employed to do carolling while we are, so brass instruments will be packed too.

Would be hard to better that at the end such an achievement.

It was icy when I ran. I stayed upright but there were several near misses

Yesterday's rain had frozen in places so I had to take it steady here and there, although my outside thermometer said 2°C.

The only hazard I had this morning was the flooded trailway. I ran through the first 'puddle' then round the corner to see 2 more. Decided that as my feet were already wet I might as well carry on.

Jono.
well done Maclennane

10 miles this morning - mild.

Molly J wanted to pop over to a farmers market today, which is held once a month in the Baltic Market (an excellent destination), I knew it was going to be crap, farmers markets always are IMO, overpriced goods - I mean your supposed to be cutting out the middleman.

Anyway young people have to learn these disappointments all on their own - so afterwards be went to the Baglery, I had a coffee and some home made Banana Bread.

cut quickly through the Christmas crowds and home to sunday lunch.
