Morning folks. Another weekend of great running by the 1500ers
Short run this morning and a fairly light running week planned.

Morning everybody! I seem to have started a dumpling trend.
Running rest day, but have had a lovely walk in the sunshine in the local country park, followed by coffee and a warm mince pie.
Final marathon of the year tomorrow, another exciting run around a lake in Milton Keynes.

Happy running JK! I wonder how I'd make a vegetarian casserole...maybe with quorn or veggie sausages plus beans and veggies. I'm not a huge fan of dumplings...pasta and rice are my weaknesses.

Mine will be meatless Garfield, I will use a selection of root veg and lentils.
