We were going to Manor fields parkrun but opted for a lay in instead, it was snuggly. In Peterborough now and it's freezing cold.

Tokens @ Brooklands. Frozen fingers and dropped tokens! And I forgot my bike lock so couldn't defrost with coffee after!

Cold, wet and windy at Bournemouth this morning. I don't think I was properly awake when I got dressed as I put road shoes on for a parkrun that is 50% on grass & mud!

Hi! I have parkrunned. Very cold wind here in the East Mids. I've swapped today's marathon for tomorrow's, when the weather looks like it might be a bit less horrible.
Pork in cider casserole for tea. With dumplings. Proper winter food.

Doh Stu! I like doing tokens but usually handed them out when it was a bit warmer in years gone by. Well run everyone. I'm going for a bit of a run in a bit, after lunch settles.

Sorry, jk, but if it has dumplings, it has to be a stew, not a casserole. Definitely looks more promising (slightly!) for marathoning tomorrow.

Lentil burgers for supper tonight...M&S do some very nice ones that even hubby liked. Planning a race for next year...run a 5k then an hour later run a half marathon at home. Two dog tag medals and another medal are given for completing the two races.
