Wow, great parkunning people, well done!

I timekept at Leic Vicky Park parkrun. Bit sad to think about the loss of Dr K, but there were some first timers there today whose absolute joy at finishing was lovely to see.

Still not running, but have discovered that a certain choc bar manufacturer appears to understand the trials and tribulations of being a runner:

Well done to Team Jigs on your 250th parkruns, and well done to Doc for finishing 2nd lady.

Those are fab JK - probably jut as well I don't like the chocolate in question or it would be dangerous!

Ran Cwmbran parkrun this morning, an easy run as racing tomorrow. It's one I really like, nice course and really friendly, and I also got to meet some people I've only previously spoken with on Facebook :-)
