Nice work Doc :-)

And with respect to Ms Bradbury I'm absolutely shocked, I thought she was a good decade YOUNGER than her actual age. Couldn't believe it when my daughter said she was 45.

We had fantastic fun at Startford on Avon's inaugeral parkrun. Saw lots of Fetchies and tourists. A celebration for Corona's 100th different parkrun. His lemon drizzle cake was awesome.

Great talking to friends old and new.

Jono.
morning Fetchlings - I think Julia looks 45, which isn't a bad thing.

quiet day yesterday - did nob all, watched Everest last night - it surpasses the question of the age old answer to the question why? - *because its there*, to *you need to be highly skilled and bloody lucky to survive things like that.

14) 1m - 9:06(9:06/m) 130cal 6.59/0mph (irritatingly passed by 4 youthfully, fit looking young men)

20) 1m - 9:26(9:26/m) 130cal 6.36/0mph

bit lucky with the weather this week, as I ran onto Hoylake sea front and along the coastal path the stiff breeze was behind me this week - allowed me to knock another couple of minutes of my time.

Nice white horses to look at as the tide was well in.

Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs)
Hello from Wokingham! 4 miles run then half marathon which was all supposed to be at LR pace, my feet didn't seem to get that memo so they kept moving faster than I wanted!
Time to refuel in Caffรจ Nero now :-)
