Jono.
always have a found spot for Ludlow - will run a little 5 miles later, being lazy this morning whilst Mrs J and Molly J go into town.

Jen - I have a lot more bad runs that good one's - they all count though.

So I've heard WW - we've only been for an afternoon out before, so looking forward to trying some of the culinary delights.

You're right Jono - I normally have more bad ones than good, think last night was just a bit of a reality check as I'd been feeling good on every run recently.

Well - thats somewhere I DO know about - when I first moved up here 28 years ago from sarf London most of my friends were of the opinion "what on earth do you want to do that for - its a dump with nothing going for it" - what a difference a certain Royal and a bit of investment can make to an area.

Although I quite liked it as it was before, its a bit too commercialised now - theres a beach exactly a mile from our house and the kids would call it "our beach" as the only time they would actually have company on the beach was the odd weekend in the school holidays - now you cant get up there summer or winter for canoes/divers/dog walkers (altho they are not allowed after April 1st) - anyway WW look what you started me on ............. I shall watch the programme later thanks

Helen wanted to buy the now derelict lido at Beaumaris. Sadly some developers got there first.

Never been to Anglesey - it's always been on my list of "places I must visit", but just not got round to it yet. Mind you, after around 18 years of living in Cardiff, I've never really properly visited North Wales - I've been through bits of it on numerous occassions but sadly never had the chance to stop and appreciate it properly.

Jono.
good point shadow :-)

gone fairly mild up here this afternoon - 5 miles as promised. I like N Wales, one of J Jnr's favourite places is Conwy (mine as well) - have to curtail the visits though as J Jnr always wants to go around the castle.

next time I might expand his world and get him to Llandudno - pier etc.
