Both Fenners. I loved the views and Anglesey looked pretty good too.

Looking at tonights run I am really very happy with that effort.

In future tempo runs are to be known as (bad) temper runs, running in the dark on uneven paths with more than a fair share of trip hazards and also wind didn't put me in a good mood :-( still, it's done!

I feel better now I have had pizza :-)
