Was a bit blowy to say the least Huntsman. I've got a confession to make... I forgot to take Funky Monkey with me to my marathons. I have apologised to him and I think he's forgiven me. I've got 3 more next weekend so I'll make it up to him then...
On the plus side I ran 3.24 and 3.25 this weekend. My best ever double by about 40 minutes :-):-):-)

Jono.
I thought we we're having chicken but no we had lamb! It was on offer apparently.
Excellent running Ron - but unfortunately the monkey protection league will be round, as you left him to his own devices for a couple of days.

Wow some great running there especially Ron and Wooters. On the subject of Everest I very nearly watched it last night too.......its sitting there waiting for me, and I really was in the mood to curl up in the sofa with it, but in the end I went with hubby to someone's 60 th birthday do....I came home after an hour, he came home after 6 hours. ( I'm quite an antisocial sort of person)

Shortcut Cam
Spoke briefly to Mrs Jigs, Dibble, John T at Wokingham today. Mick n Phil were in attendance too. Managed a PB of 1:33 knocking over a minute off my 2013 effort despite the strong winds. I hope you got what you wanted from the race Mrs Jigs. If you go in to it with the right attitude Wokingham is ideal PB race.

Hi Shortcut, nice to meet you briefly today! Well done on your PB! Glad I didn't distract you too much
I was supposed to be running at LR pace having done 4 miles before the start, ran a bit faster than I should and tired towards the end, I did manage to win my age category though pity I didn't hang around for the presentations , I needed to get back to the car for my stuff and that was a fair walk!
