I went for a run this morning to collect my car after a meal and a few drinks last night. Ran with a mild hangover in perfect running conditions.

A very tired 5 mile recovery for me this evening, with my darling Jigs heart

We have pizza in the fridge WW, it will be consumed on the correct day which is Friday, however having said that we did have pizza a Zizzi's on Monday evening :-)
