Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,

If you're from Kettering Turkhish are you doing the Whissendine 6 in July? I know of at least 3 Fetchies running it.

I can add another 11 miles to my total when I upload after lunch.
Warm out but a faster run than I expected with the last 2 and a bit miles in zone 3 HR.
75 miles done this month off just 6 runs.

Well done Turkhish and FF for your runs, and good to see that you are increasing your mileage again FF.

This morning was an interval session on grass, comprising 3 sets of 5 x 200 metres with 30 seconds recoveries, and 2 minutes recoveries between sets. Fastest 200 was the last one 0.56 minute.
The New Forest now has stallions 🐎 back, and they will be insitu until mid July. There are warnings that they can be very aggressive, as they are protective. Thankfully, there were non in the field that we were running in.

Hope your Achilles is ok today Scottdog?

I ran my fastest hilly road 10k this year, this morning. The course is one recognised by our running club. I run it regularly as it is has challenging uphills and downhills. My time was 1.01.17, an average of 9.51, (6.07k). The WAVA is 65.52%.

Well done hillstrider, sounds like a nice route for training on.
