Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,

I hope the antibiotics help with your chest infection GG.

I am getting more sensible in my old age LL, as I want to keep running for as long as possible. Well done for your run and bike ride. I enjoyed cycling when

Good that you are still running Steve, but sorry to hear that your latest run "took it out of you"

Today is "an official non running day, " but I have done the usual Farmers Walk, which seems to be getting easier. It must be having some benefit. 😁

8 miles this morning to test out my knee, I'm pleased to report all is well so I guess resting it was the right thing to do. (Who is this person.)
Initially I was going to do just under 4 but looking at my plan last night I saw the interval session and decided that would definitely check out the knee. The knee was fine but my lungs struggled 🤣🤣 I'm happy though as I've not ran for 9 days.

Good news FF.

I’m well impressed HS that you took your normal rest day today.

I opted for 2 wheels again 25 miles as going on holiday today and no chance to go cycling.
My miles will drop this month due to hols but no pressure as not training for anything.

Looking good FF! Rest days are important for recoveries.

Thanks LL, hopefully I'll do a good workout tomorrow. Hope you have a lovely holiday.

Sounds good GG, easy runs are always good indicators of returning fitness.
