Peter I'm only on 373 for the year and my PF is playing up again.
Considering I was over achieving in January with 163 miles that's not so good.
I hope you're improving daily and back to 'normal' soon.

Peter you're part of the establishment here, so just relax and enjoy the company here; you're always very welcome.

Steve, well done for getting over the line. Anything more now is a bonus You can encourage your wife and get right behind her in her great running exploits!

FF, I certainly sympathise with you as I know from experience how long it takes to recover from PF. My experience of it was just 3 or 4 years ago.

No running this morning.
What a pity that your injury is tearing its head again FF. What's the plan? Such an unpredictable thing pf....I think looking back on mine that I must have been lucky although I did use a pf boot for a while. Fingers crossed for your speedy recovery again.

Peter, your posts are always very welcome.

FF, sorry to hear that your PF is playing up again. I've luckily never experienced it, but understand recovery is a long process. I hope yours doesn't take too long.

Heavy rain and strong winds earlier this morning. It's now cleared up and the 🌞 is shining. Today is a rest day from running.

I'm at 998 miles this week, so park run tomorrow should take me over 1000 miles this year :)

I hope you only tootle along slowly at park run LL. In my racing days we seldom, if ever, put in a speedy attempt the day before a race. Good luck for the 10 tomorrow.
I still haven't ever done a Park run even though there are three within three miles of my front door, the nearest just one mile away!
( No intention of doing one!) Did 5k early this morning in absolutely perfect weather conditions.
