Sorry Steve I'm clearly not with it, ha ha....
I think 2 more peeps arrived on the board and pushed me down 2 places but was happy enough to try for top 20. Nice when you get a closed road to run down hs. Rest day for me today.

I've languished outside of the top twenty all year...and there I'm doomed to stay! 😂.
I might have a rest day...or rather a non running day tomorrow.
The leaderboard new leader has done a fabulous mileage, well done saffy! But you hit the target 700 miles ago!!

(Me? I've got no skin in this particular game since I reset my target to 1400, for which there doesn't seem to be a group!  Maybe I could start one.)

Had a read back and a giggle!
How dare someone just appear unannounced and taking top spot!
I have been out in a skort and t-shirt but tend to be in leggings and long sleeves now I like to be warm esp when it’s early or late.
Still plodding on here in geordieland should pass 1300 in the next few days so I know I shouldn’t be here but I like the craic so hopefully I can stay.

Phew! Warmer than any morning in May down here, 12c! There's bound to be a cold blast at some point so keep those leggings and sleeves handy gg! Indeed...how dare someone charge in and take top spot by such a huge amount 😂..Bloody good total whatever and wish I could do it! "Shouldn't be here" gg...of course you can be--- I think it's about how you input without making anyone feel less a runner. Same with all the current threaders who are modest, supportive, interesting and fun. You lot have kept me going. Thanks folks!

It was very warm this morning.
I suppose I shouldn't really be on this thread either, but I do start from zero, and don't jump aboard whilst already in excess of 1,000 miles.
Ran a good pace road 5k this morning in 29.17, average pace 9.25 minute miling.

That’s a good pace HS your stamina has helped your speed, all those marathon miles.
I think we were all after 1000 and anything over a bonus.
