Thanks LL, I'll be working more on pace now.

I hope the rain holds off for your track session.

I meant to say GG that you are very welcome on here, and I want to stay too. As Steve said, this is a very friendly thread😀

Thanks all and I agree it’s a super supportive group and I enjoy the craic. It’s certainly kept me going and pushing along with the 100/month target I would easily have dropped a couple of times without it.

The weather has taken a good turn which I’ll take every time.

GG, I also have been unofficially aiming for 100+ ml./month, and somehow I've managed it since April last year. I'll have to increase my mileage next month to get there, because my last run this year will be on the 24th; then I'm taking a complete week off.

That's me done! Crossed the line after a 6.5 miler thanks to running with my wife who then left me to do another 12miles.

Superb consistent months for you Evangel. You too gg. I'm not sure about me reaching a hundred a month during winter but so far so good and mild again this morning.

Well done Steve 🙂.

I did 5.5 miles this morning early doors. It was chilly but a pleasant morning. Barely a sole about.

We had some frost yesterday, not the first this winter. Made the grass rather cold at bootcamp.

Everyone is welcome to hang around in here, even those who don't have 1000 miles as a target.

Hoping to hit 1000 on Hogmanay, doubt it will be before.

Well done Steve, hitting the 1,000 mile target with another 1.5 months to go.

Well done Lesley for your early morning chilly run.

It was quite foggy this morning, with visibility probably less than 50 metres. This made my forest run "quite interesting." I ran 10k at recovery pace, after yesterday's 5k. The trails were good in some areas, but very muddy in others.

Hogmanay will be a nice way to celebrate your 1000 Lesley.

Congrats on getting over the line Steve. 5k ish easy run for me catching up with a friend. Really enjoyed it and the sunshine.
Must be nice running in the forest HS I have to avoid trip hazards so can’t really run trails.

Glad you enjoyed this mornings 🌄 run LL.

It is really nice running in the forest, and less than 5 minutes from home. There are plenty of trip hazards, as you say, but after 43 years running there, I suppose I am used to them 😅

I think I'm in wrong group too. ;)
If I'm lucky I might hit 400 for Hogmanay :D
