Good that you grabbed some time for 3.5 gg. I think you're deserving of a less intense approach to your running. Glad that you're cool about where you're at. Well done Mrsb, you're putting in some excellent regular miles again (despite the job!). 4c this early morning was slightly warmer than of late but it was a thick mist/ foggy start to the day with damping as well. Only did 2.6 miles because of time constraints but could hardly have done another step. And I'm not cool about that☹️! |

Usually busy, I'm in the middle of a spell of only 1 run across a 5 day period. 7.1 last night although on unfamiliar roads which I don't like. Much prefer it setting off with a visualisation of the route, you then know that the last, for example 3k starts at this lamppost! Ytd: 55.6 |

Like you Peter I don't have work constraints but unable to take advantage of the free time I have! Great to see you ticking off so many miles again....as it was a couple of years ago. Good run put in there Donnie 1 but must be difficult when you can't fit in as many runs as you'd like. |

Well done Steve for this mornings 2.6 miles due to time restraints. Our morning run was shorter than usual, as Sarah had to get to work. Well done Donnie1 for last night's 7.1 miles on unfamiliar roads. Your ytd is impressive, especially where you are now not running as often as you would like. Well done Peter for todays 5.2 miles, including 3 miles on the treadmill. Your 71.1 miles to date is 'mind blowing' especially considering that in the past, you were almost 'off the radar'. This morning I ran 3.74 miles on roads with Sarah H. It was at an easy pace, but with occasional bursts of speed racing each other. |

some most excellent running going on, I escaped for 4m at lunchtime, I really could have stayed out it is a fabulous day, jacket was off fairly early on, but sadly the desk shackles are well and truly attached. I am going to take 1/2hr break later and do a workout - happy to work a bit longer but I know I am more likely to sack the workout off by the time I finish. I like the sound of your racing with Sarah, well done hs. I am in middle of conversations with a friend about whether to take on the Winter Spine Sprint next year, I am probably more concerned at the cost of all the kit over the 46 winter miles but we'll see.... |

Glad to finally read of sunshine, better weather and some good running in the old blighty. (oh come on, ER, no-one uses that phrase any more...) Just back from my mid-week hilly session. I mapped out a shortish 5k route around the town with six(!) up and down hills plus a long gentle downhill to finish. I'm liking it. Back above target. |

Dropped the car off for a repair and then had to run back. In theory it was 8.5 miles but the route I ended up going was more like 10.5 (I tried to go via cycle paths to reduce the amount of exhaust fumes I was inhaling). That takes me just above the rate again! @geordiegirl I've messaged Richard as you've suggested and it seems he has a spare EFM medal! |

I was also a bit tempted by Winter Spine! They had a competetion on the dot watching page for a free entry and I put myself down...

Absolutely excellent! I’ve done that too not that I’d ever take on the 268. Tea & Trails podcast has done a show about what you need to know about the spine. Enough to put me off 😆 but 46m has to be doable |
