I'm sorry to hear that you are not feeling 100%, and hope that you will soon feel better. How is the wee man?

I turned down an endoscopy a couple of years ago hs. The appointment came through quite quickly but I didn't fancy it 😂 I've had a nasal endoscopy twice but that didn't bother me when they were looking at why my voice was getting croaky about twelve years ago. And consequently given exercises to strengthen the voice box and which worked! Yet another set of exercises added to all the others 😂. Well done on the exercise walk .
Good that you did a nice run gg, albeit in the chill .
Hope you're back to 100% by the weekend Lesley. Yes, we've been warned about wind again but with a temperature rise!
I did a steep mile walk in addition to my morning outing but not part of my mileage. It was in one of the lower South Wales on a visit.. anyone who lives in those valleys must have greater leg strength than us in our coastal strip!

Thanks Jack but I’ve thrown in the towel as suffering from a virus. I’ve been floored. I managed a walk today. First time out of the house for 3 days.

Thanks from me too @JackFW . I’m still fighting though life is conspiring against me rather. I’m running out of wriggle room so just have to get my head down and get it done. May not Beas relaxing a Christmas as I had hoped 😂

Sorry to hear this Loo and I can totally empathise I have had 2 awful viruses at the start of the year and Covid end of August which totally floored me. Rest recover and fight again next year. Let’s celebrate our achievements against the odds of the life gamble and respect bodies as we put a lot on them.

Thanks @JackFW

Well done everyone whatever your mileage, it's far more miles ran than millions of other folk.
Get well soon LL and Lesley.

Great work everyone!

The water supply has now been fully restored to all 50,000+ of us, deep joy 😂

The usual Friday Farmers Walk this morning.

I was at the supermarket just after 8am, and it was already very busy. They were open at 5am and apparently quite busy soon after. Christmas Eve is a shopping day to avoid 😬
