I am a couple of years behind you hs but tech ability evades me too Not ran today, icy and cold out, not feeling full of life yet and figure there's no rush I will run in warmer weather next week. |

@geordiegirl Are you going to HK on holiday or for work? Have a great time either way. I am off to Florida Thursday so also heading to a warmer climate. Congrats @EdGreig Sounds like an epic adventure/ achievement. Another 4 ticked off today to stay on the line. It was quite cold out today. |

Holiday @Looby Loo can’t wait. On packing now so we can hopefully enjoy pre holiday relaxation tomorrow. @EdGreig are you tempted again next year? We are all rather hyper on looking at other routes. |

Great Escape EdGreig! Superb to reach the 90. Any tech issues I ask my son who's "in charge" of about 2000 computers in the company he's in charge of infrastructure! Generally I feel tech has spoiled some parts of everyday life, but that's an old bloke talking 🤣. Considering the nasty weather your Farmer's Walk was probably better than running. Because of an ultra busy start to the day I couldn't run until early evening and then did a mere single mile to at least maintain my streak! |

Well done LL for yesterday's 4 miles. It's amazing Steve that 5 year olds are more competent with hi tech than us over 70's. Well done for maintaining your streak. This morning was 4.16 miles, including 5 hilly loop reps. |

Very heavy snow ❄️ this morning, so I'm glad that I didn't decide to run. I walked to the supermarket for newspapers, so that's today's cross training 🙃

GG: very well done on Escape from Meriden. You and others covered a staggering distance. When I was at university in the mid 80s, I drove from South Yorkshire to a 21st birthday in Meriden, only time I've been. It took ages. When I looked at the event tracking on Saturday evening someone was almost to scunthorpe, just down the road from me. Amazing! Enjoy hong Kong. One of my favourite places. Mix of treadmill and road runs adding 16. It was a very cold 5 last night. Ytd: 955.2 |
