Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Thanks everyone for comments on my 1000. I didn't think I'd get out this morning, almost an FF cba thought 🙁. Torey wanted to run so it was 3.2 miles which I was pleased with by the time we got home.
Only 34 miles to do FF, that's so easy for you to do. Pity your mojo has left you to some degree, it was good reading about those regular seven miles you zipped off with relative ease.
Nuisance about your new phone etc . You can still use another device to log in to Fetch though.
Short daylight hours up there for three of our threaders. Ugh! Few enough down here in South Wales. I take Vitamin D with K2 to counteract the lack of sunshine on skin.

Well done on reaching 1000 HS and Steve.
It will be a close call for me. I managed enough today to go 3 miles above with a green tick.

I’m going to be away for 10 days this month so trying to get a bit in the bank or I’ll have to run a lot in Dec.

Steve: well done. I'm relatively new to the thread so haven't followed your covid ups and downs which have obviously been very challenging. Hopefully a feeling that progress is being made.

LL: I think you'll do it. Keep going.

Run for an hour last night. Beautiful night, coldish, still and dry. 7.1. Gym tonight, 3.1 on the treadmill. Steve: agree with you about TMs but for 5km it's OK with music or a podcast to keep me focused. (The golden age of cricket was the podcast choice tonight).

Ytd: 924.9

Sorry for lack of posts, I don't seem to have the time at the moment. I'm going to the specialist in laptops and phones this morning, to try and get everything working on my new phone. At present, I'm using garmin connect on my old phone to link my running data with fetch, and the one we are not supposed to mention. I won't be running now until Saturday's parkrun.

Thanks Donnie 1. I wonder whether I'll actually recover to the degree I'd Ike. A nuisance that old age decline can impact too and confuses the issue to a degree. Whatever, I'll just crack on!
You're doing some great sessions Donnie.
Hope your techy issues are resolved satisfactorily hs, wow...no runs til park run on Saturday, maybe I'll catch you up on the leaderboard again 🤣.
4.1 miles starting off in the dark as usual this morning. Intend to sort out a plan (soon) now that the thousand is tucked away. I unfortunately (!!!) I want it to include intervals and hills but within what I'm currently capable of.
Big weekend coming up for gg! "Escape from Meriden" is happening, hope you enjoy getting as far away from that start point gg and be pleased with the outcome. Best wishes for it.

Best Wishes GG I must google it.

Well done Steve I too did 4 which means I actually overtook someone 🤣I’ve done enough to have a rest day tomorrow and still stay above. Thanks @Donnie1 I have an emergency treadmill which is handy at times.
Also use them when I’m somewhere too hot.
