Omg how many posts, I'll take the easy option and say well done all.

Parkrun for me this morning in 22.10 after 5 days without asthma meds. Hopefully I won't need them again but I'll carry a reliever 'just in case'. Today's run felt no different to when I was on meds so I hope I can improve a little bit more.

Thanks everyone for liking my parkrun post and photo. That was my 5th new parkrun.

Well done FF, another excellent parkrun time, especially without meds. Hopefully you won't need them anymore.

What a pace hs! Great running. A nd superb distance again Lesley. Still flying FF, good to be possibly off your asthma meds now.

My statin dose, which was the max possible has been halved at my suggestion, I no longer feel so fatigued and out of sorts (all side effects).
Only did 1.1 miles early today to somewhat pointlessly I suppose, make it a round 22 mile week, my highest since early October last year.

Great parkrun FF and a great week of running
Steve. I’m going to Malta today and forecast hot. So might be a make do week before getting back on it next week.

Have a good week everyone.

Nice running total for the week steve45
Enjoy your holiday Looby Loo, safe travels.

I went out early and did 3 flattish easy miles trying to keep my hr <130. Really enjoyed it.

Steve, unfortunately that wasn't my parkrun time, it was Sarah's who is in the photo and on her strava page.

Well done for your 22 miles week.

I Hope that you have a lovely time in Malta LL.

Well done Jaks for your early morning run.

I ran a solo hilly 8 miles this morning on roads at an easy pace between hills, but pushing hard on them.

I've now completed 100k this month.
