I've messaged you gg re Shoe Goo!
What a fabulous sunshiny morning and perfect for anyone, running or otherwise!
Pleased with 5.4 today, the furthest I've gone since October last year. Ok so it's still run/walk but I see/feel small improvement and have now done over 300 miles this year😂.

Thanks Steve, I will get it ordered. Saw a lot of reviews about it going off but good to see that is not your experience.

Up and out for a little over 6 this morning, thanks to Avonline being inept at putting up road closed signs at the start of the road and putting it right next to the bloody road blockage. They are idiots. Anyway nice start before another mad day at the desk.

Great to see you upping the miles again run/walk is perfectly acceptable esp as you increase distance.

Well done Steve, slowly but surely upping your mileage.

Well done GG for your 6+ miles run

This morning was a solo hilly road 10k on heavy legs, after yesterday's hilly circuits. I was pleased to manage a negative split.

Well done Steve, little steps in the right direction.

A good 6 miles GG and hillstrider.

11.7 for me this morning that's 39.7 miles in 5 days over 3 runs. Heavy legs for the second part of today's run but like hillstrider a negative split. I do try to do that with all my medium long and long runs.

Good running folks. I hardly ever manage a negative split.

I did a run in the forest yesterday for my birthday. It was the hottest day we have had for a while. I wanted to go up the local hill but didn't feel great so didn't.

Heading to the beach today with the family, hoping the weather stays nice.

Happy birthday Lesley a forest run sounds perfect and enjoy the beach with the family hope you and little legs are better soon.

And well done in negative splits I rarely check what I do but all my runs here mean uphill back so it rarely happens.

I always start on a hill from home so mostly run negative splits. Usually I start slow then speed up as I settle.
Last night I got out late for a 5 mile. 1.25 warm up then 2.5 miles at half pace. 1.25 WD.
Pleased I managed the paces as wasn’t expecting to as completely exhausted after a week with the grandchildren. Well done Lesley have a nice hol. Sorry everybody no time to comment on everybody but I can see you’re all doing great.
