I did it!!! Run the Sum completed and month rounded up to 150! 530 for the year!

I got a shiny new badge

And I had a final shot at my virtual mile to try to improve on the mo the best which was 9.28…. Smashed it with 8.35! Over the moon. Now to decide when to stop streaking….

Well done GG, brilliant on all counts. Very impressive time for the virtual mile, smashed the previous time. The streak seems to be working for you!😀

Well done everyone sorry to hear of the twinge Steve but no fraud. Thanks for the well wishes it's not so much a loss of mojo it just feels hard work at the moment. Having said that I did a run walk today with a friend and it was very nice so optimistic.
Well done GG I am thinking of doing the run the sum. I have done it once before. It will give me a goal this month.

Glad you had a good run/walk with a friend. When it’s with a friend it’s very therapeutic LL.

RtS is def a good goal to go for if you can do every day. I don’t have any desire to streak long term so we’ll see how this week goes. Im half tempted at some point to do it in miles now FF has put that on the radar (thanks FF) it will need some planning though.

🤦‍♂️ Oh dear, sorry I mentioned it.

I must admit I've thought about it a couple of times and I would do it in miles anyway but finding the right month and the time to do it is the issue.

Whaaat?!! 8.34 gg! Obviously a short mile😂!(obviously kidding!). What a fantastic run and brilliant run the sum too. Perhaps I ought to try it😬😂! You never know, my hip, my chest, my every other reason for struggling should be on the turn before the year is out!
My runs have been a struggle for so long LL that I must be addicted to discomfort! Hope your struggling disappears soon.
Hope everyone puts in some enjoyable runs this Bank Holiday, I'm not plodding today and it's dentist tomorrow and shingles jab on Wednesday with plods before each...I think!

Lol Steve

I’d like to give it a shot in miles it’s the B2B longer days but nothing I couldn’t manage esp as you can split the runs. I’ll see….

Now what to aim for this month
