HS, sometimes I have to stop or divert halfway through doing a post. I then save by doing 'copy', which I can then 'paste' later. Or else I just press back arrows until I get to what I was typing earlier.

By the way, I'm not currently doing any running, as I had an additional complication with my 4- month-long poorly knee, so that I can't even do a short walk now. I'm certainly learning a lot about patience! I just needed 7 miles to reach 750. Anyone got a few to spare? I can try again next year! However I'm still very impressed by the running achievements by many of you.

Oh that's bad new, Evangel. šŸ˜•
I do hope it clears up soon, and that you can find plenty to enjoy outside of running and walking.

Evangel, thanks for your tips, but I don't think I can copy and paste on my mobile.

I'm very sorry to hear that you are still having problems with your knee, and hope it won't be too long before you are able to walk/run again šŸ‘

Today is a rest day, so I'm looking forward to tomorrow's parkrun.

hillstrider if you put your finger on the text and hold it there a second or so it will highlight a word or more, you can then expand that to encompass as much as you want to copy the text. When you need to paste it once again put your finger on the screen where you want to paste it and the paste option comes up. Good luck.

Thanks for that FF, I've often copied and pasted using my laptop, but never had the need to on my phone.

What a nuisance that knee has proved to be Evangel, you've been so patient too. Hope that another period of resting it/rehab will see you back running next year.
Hope too that you don't have such challenging times next year Lesley.
My winter rest period continues and I'm enjoying not running in pouring rain ! It looks ok for tomorrow so I'll enjoy a 5k or so along trails .

Yes, it's weird in a scanner Lesley! It was fairly ok until dye was released into my vein through the cannula! Hadn't experienced a feeling like that before.

A damp, almost Spring like morning here! 5k along trails was quite pleasant and I saw some early catkins out on the trees.
Looking forward to a run (?!) with my wife tomorrow morning as we usually do on Christmas morning when she's not working.
In advance then, Happy Christmas and Season's Greetings to everyone on the thread and enjoy the holiday running.
