Thanks everyone for your kind compliments.
GG, well done for this mornings 3 silly miles.
This mornings 4.42 miles on roads with 2 running friends was "one run too many 😳"
I shouldn't have run, as Saturday's parkrun and yesterday's handicap race had "emptied the tank!" We had intended a hilly 10k, but as I had frequent walks, meaning my friends had to keep running back to me, they suggested we cut the run short.
I'm feeling fine now, but will have some rest days, to recharge my batteries 🥴

Bit behind everyone else to say well done hs.
You looked well wrapped up for what we're challenging conditions and a good time out in too .
So mild today! 14c but I didn't feel like running so didn't! I'm in my winter mood running wise anyway so it's no big deal. It's interesting enough to chew the running fat with my wife who is not bothered by wet, dark, inclement days!

I think we can all be guilty of giving advice and not heeding it ourselves hillstrider. GG made a good point to rest up.
Steve is in winter mode and I'm not sure if I'm far off, little running here due to the frosty paths but I have been out 2 days on the trot now with 8 yesterday and 6 this morning to make up a little bit for slacking off last week.
