LL, I've run that several times and also the marathon. There's a good atmosphere, and bands playing round the course. Plenty of enthusiastic supporters. Good luck with it. I was interviewed for the ITN News with another club runner before the Marathon, quite an experience!

LL, it goes over Itchen Bridge and back, but apart from that is a fairly flat course.

50 Park Runs! Well completed Lesley
I'm into my winter phase now, only 2 miles this morning in quite a wind with leaves falling wildly.

Nice to have a half to look forward to LL, six months of good training and then a good time of year for it.

A nice windy run for you this morning Steve.

There's been gale force winds here in the south, and torrential rain, which didn't ease up until mid morning. Glad it was a rest day from running.

Thanks Steve and well done Lesley. I'm hoping to do my 100th on Christmas Eve.

Sounds good HS thanks. We're going to make a weekend of it.
