FunkyChicken 😂: I learnt those techniques on a cycle which is considerably faster and more versatile than a car/van/truck in rush hour traffic.

Funky Chicken, I did something similar a year or so ago. I was waiting at traffic lights to cross the road, when a driver went through the lights at red.

It doesn't seem the same now with familiar names disappearing from the 1000 mile league table.

Another road run today, not like me, but the forest is almost un- runnable at present. Just 11k at recovery pace.
