Thanks GG, the same did happen on RW too, but it had the facility to save "as you go" so that's what I used to do. I did forecast the demise of the RW forums though, as the number of posters had declined over the years.

Thanks Dubairunner, they are all 5k runs, not races, and are accurately measured with a wheel. However, Garmins don't measure round bends and u turns, so we often run further than 5k, but barcodes record that we have run less, rather frustrating 😉

Looby Loo
I did my 178th parkrun today and it was a bit of a stinker I know it's the heat that doesn't agree with me so not too worried.
I'm not familiar with him Steve I will google him now.

It is sad news one of the fell great legends.

Big number Loo well done despite the heat impairing your run. We have to remember effort not just mm in summer

I did a round trip to a brilliant butchers today and it was so worth it! Shattered now.

Congrats on the 700 milestone, MrHsc.

DR, just watched the first stage highlights. Massive effort by the two dsc riders. Should be a great Tour. Having just finished the second series of the Netflix doco, I’m pumped for it.

A half in 1:54 this morning in wet and windy conditions. Felt good but the wind was hard to contend with. Three pints at the pub last night didn’t help. Maybe a bowl of veggies and some water the night before can help me bridge the gap to under 1:50.

DubaiR... you're not the only one! Despite its huge popularity park run never appealed to me and I know I'll never do one! It's been a fantastic thing over the last few years and encouraged so many people to participate in running. Lot of fetchies do well either in their local parks or go further afield as "park run tourists".
Well done yet again on your park runs hs,LL and Donnie1.
Good run there JackFW, three pints the night before puts you in the same sort of category as the great Steve Jones and even Dave Bedford who both enjoyed a good drink regardless of the races the following mornings!
Not running today.
