When we were in Australia (2020!!) I fell in love with the pelicans at The Entrance (NSW)

Thanks for sharing the lovely photos

@ I had a weekend in Dubai planned while I was in Oman but it got cancelled as after some bombings in France (2015 and while my husband was in the vicinity) the security checks into Dubai were causing huge delays so we had to postpone and we never got round to going before I returned home. Hope to get there one day.

So the fly tipping forgot I took a photo.

It makes me very angry too, this is less than 3m from 2 tips. The council don’t help by charging people to dispose of rubbish but add it to the cost of the doing the job and be responsible.

Sorry for the mis-run at parkrun Loo but I had a similar thought that extra free miles are good! Just maybe not during a race.

It was very hot this morning for the club's Exbury 10k race, but nowhere near the 47 degrees in Dubai. I was reasonably pleased with my 65.38, only a couple of minutes or so slower than last year. I came 598th out of 872 finishers. There were 19 MV70+ and I was 13th.
